The impact of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement on the UK

International Economics is proud to announce the release of a study commissioned by the British Government’s Department for International Trade (DIT) to inform DIT’s impact assessment of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). The study carried out by our team, Paul Baker and David Vanzetti, provides an assessment of the impact the EVFTA will have on the UK economy. In particular, it looks at the impacts the EVFTA will have on UK GDP, consumer welfare, and bilateral trade as well as the sectors that will be most heavily impacted.
