About Phuong
Phuong is an international trade and investment advisor, economics researcher and lecturer. She is responsible for supporting our work with the FCO for ASEAN Digital Trade Connectivity as well as working at the University of Economics and Business – Vietnam National University (VNU). Previously, she worked as a trade and investment consultant at the European Trade Policy and Investment Support Project. She has acquired knowledge and experiences with both public and private sectors, around different industries.

Phuong has authored and co-authored a number of publications on international/regional economic integration related to the European Union – Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), ASEAN Economic Community and international trade law.

Phuong holds a Masters in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute (WTI) of the University of Bern, Switzerland, a Master’s degree in International Trade Policy and Law as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, both from the Foreign Trade University (FTU) in Vietnam.
