Summit in South Africa: BRICS determined to destabilise the Dollar

The dominance of the US dollar on the global market is not to everyone’s liking, and putting an end to its domination was one of the main topics on the agenda of the 15th BRICS summit held in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The destabilisation of the dollar as a safe and main currency used for global commercial transactions should not be a foregone conclusion, other currencies have in the past failed in this quest, according to Paul Baker, CEO of International Economics Consulting Ltd. Read the full article:
