International Economics, together with Oxford Policy Management and ICRIER, are implementing the process evaluation of the South Asia Regional Trade and Integration Programme. The initiative, funded by DFID and implemented by the World Bank (WB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), aimed to improve the region’s electricity connectivity, intra-regional trade, and intra-regional FDI.
The purpose of the evaluation is both to demonstrate accountability of whether the programme is on track to meet its outcome and to generate learning regarding for supporting this programme and subsequent programmes.
